This one-day conference is organized by Axis 4 of the GERIICO laboratory group and follows up on research carried out withing the framework of the international collaborative ROSETTA project funded by the France-Stanford Center for Interdisciplinary Studies. This event brings together researchers, professionals and experts of multilingualism and multiculturalism. The impact of the digital revolution on these two major aspects of our information society is extremely rich and it presents at once great prospects and obstacles and threats. The presentations will combine recent research work on how multilingual information is processed and managed, studies that support linguistic and knowledge diversity, including poorly endowed languages, as well as the challenges that digital technology poses.
